One of each
Every piece is a single, unique item. We describe and photograph each one as accurately as we can, including its condition and flat measurements. Pre-owned and vintage pieces may show signs of age and wear, which are described on the product page.
Prices
Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The total you pay, including shipping, is shown before you place your order. If a price changes while you're checking out, we'll ask you to review your order again before it is placed.
Orders
- Placing an order reserves the piece for you while we confirm it.
- Cash on delivery orders are confirmed by phone within 24 hours; otherwise they're cancelled.
- InstaPay and Etisalat Cash orders are confirmed once the payment reaches our account. If we don't receive your transfer screenshot within 6 hours, the order is cancelled.
- We may cancel an order, for example if a piece turns out to be damaged or a price was clearly wrong. If you already paid, we refund you in full.
- One phone number or email can have at most 2 cash on delivery orders waiting at a time.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, InstaPay and Etisalat Cash. Send transfers only to the InstaPay link or number shown at checkout and on your order page, for the exact total. We are not responsible for money sent to a different number or account.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is described in our Order & Delivery policy. All sales are final, apart from the cases described in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse, including repeatedly refused deliveries.
