Order confirmation
Every piece is one of a kind, so it is reserved for you the moment you place your order. You'll see your order number right away and receive a confirmation email with a private link to your order.
Cash on delivery: we call or message you within 24 hours to confirm. If we can't confirm the order in that time, it is cancelled and the piece goes back on sale.
InstaPay or Etisalat Cash: send the total and upload the transfer screenshot on your order page within 6 hours. Once we see the payment in our account, we confirm your order. Without a screenshot in time, the order is cancelled and the piece goes back on sale.

To keep things fair, one phone number or email can have at most 2 cash on delivery orders waiting at a time.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees depend on your governorate. The exact fee appears in your order summary before you place the order.

Preparation for shipment

Delivery timeframe
Within the Arab Republic of Egypt, delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your area.
Failed delivery
If the shipment can't be delivered after two attempts, it comes back to us. Additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.
